-Eleni makes an incredible, easy-to-prepare Ethiopian Wott (Stew) with berbere

-Enjoy with red lentils or mushrooms and/or veggies, especially eggplant and zuchini

-Simply lightly sautee desired ingredients, add Eleni's Sauce, water and salt-to-taste

Ingredients:  Sauteed/simmered sauce is made from onions, berbere (spiced red pepper powder), vegetable oil (canola and soybean), garlic, ginger & other spices.
