How to get started

  1. Fill out a New Customer Application with Earthly Gourmet (You must be a qualified foodservice or retail business. We do not work with Amazon resellers.)

  2. Schedule & Complete New Customer Onboarding Meeting.

  3. Agree to Prepayment terms of Paypal (includes a 3% processing fee) or Credit Card Authorization (Must use Online Ordering System and complete a Credit Card or ACH authorization Form, No Fee)

  4. Place an order via our Online Ordering System. We will reach to you with any outages, a shipping quote, and ETA.

  5. We will deliver to the airport and your shipment will go out on the scheduled flight. We will contact you if there is any balance due.

  6. You will be contacted by the Receiving Alaska Air Cargo port when your order has arrived. Please arrange pickup within 48 hours to avoid any storage fees.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are dependent on the size and weight of each package being shipped. It is also dependent on the area we are shipping to. We are based in Portland, OR. The further away you are from Portland, OR - the price will increase.

Once your order is placed we will give you Shipping Estimate prior to charging your account.
